I stayed in a Four-Bedroom House. It had four nice rooms with linen that was cleaned properly. The indoor pool had a sauna bath and a gym. There was also a baby soft play area.
The parking near the cottages wasn't great. :(

The cottage included four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This was great for our group. An indoor swimming pool and soft play provided entertainment. The cafe offered excellent food and good value for money.
The beds were not the most comfortable.

clean facilitiesperfect sizeoutdoor pool
the cottage offered everything necessary. facilities were clean and equipped well. the size suited our group of eight perfectly, and we felt very comfortable .
the accommodation was slightly dated. the absence of evening entertainment was also apparent.

the staff demonstrated a friendly attitude and were quite pleasant , particularly at the café. jacob , in particular , was super friendly and easy to interact with , , made our visits very positive.

an okay stay overall

uncomfortable sofasdirty pool
The sofas were very uncomfortable. The back of the sofa was all broken. it was busy, so we could not get space in the outdoor pool. the pool was disgustingly dirty with sand and weird things on the floor. I don't mind it being cold, but it needed cleaning during the busy season.

Our Four-Bedroom House had four rooms with clean linen. The house included cooking tools and cutlery. All crockery was available. Indoor pool access was simple, and I liked the sauna bath.
The children's park had some litter.

the cottage was nice and neat, it had enough parking space.
Wifi was advertised but not available in the hotel. This was a major issue since there was no good phone signal either. the staff was unhelpful when i asked about this false advertisement and moving to a hotel with signal. They were unwilling to help. the shower pressure was also shocking. It kept switching between boiling hot and freezing cold.

Fantastic Family Stay

The hotel included everything needed for a comfortable stay like cooking tools cutlery and all crockery. Four nice rooms were available and were cleaned properly with fresh linen. The indoor pool sauna and baby soft play were great amenities. The on-site gym swimming mini golf and arcade were all available free of charge which added value.

The setting proved lovely and offered ample space for relaxation. Beaches are nearby , made it easy to enjoy coastal outings. It felt peaceful at all times. This provided a serene environment.

A café offered a free meal after some issues arose with an oven. This was a thoughtful gesture that helped resolve the problem efficiently. It showed a willingness to ensure guest satisfaction.

The staff was amazing and very helpful and cordial . When we contacted the reception about the oven someone came out to fix it. A new oven was installed the very next day showing their commitment.

The house looked immaculate and very spacious making it suitable for families. It was equipped with television Wi-Fi Netflix and Prime Video offering entertainment. Iron was provided along with clean linen in all the rooms.
